- Lead the front-of-house experience, greeting customers and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores through proactive service delivery and team coaching.
- Ensure adherence to the full customer journey: pre-call, check-in, updates, communication, check-out, and follow-up.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Oversee the coordination of vehicle handovers and car park operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Support the Aftersales Manager in driving team performance, process improvements, and service excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first thinking across the team.
- Proven experience in a senior customer service or aftersales role, ideally within the automotive sector.
- A natural leader with the ability to coach and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer care.
