You’ll be part of a highly connected, digitally focused, agile team that strives to be the very best partner for our customers.About the roleYou will work with the Hardware Planning and Performance Manager and a team of product Specialists to support the growth of the bp pulse charging network by providing a standardized and simple portfolio of safe, reliable and cost-effective hardware configurations that deliver a great customer experience.What you will deliverSupporting the product life-cycle management of our hardware components: Covering High-Power Chargers, Payment Systems, Load/Energy Management, Ancillary Products (Data Networks, WiFi, CCTV); Managing Onboarding and Delivery of hardware components; Managing maintenance and incident resolution; Managing decommissioning of hardwareMaintaining a data-based cost-benefit analysis for all hardware components from a global perspectiveConducting market analysis (customer and technology trends, competitor and industry activities) to inform hardware strategyWorking closely with other (Lead) Product Specialists to provide optimized hardware configurations to the businessWhat you will need to be successfulKnowledge and Experience:Strong knowledge of EV charging technologies and EV charging networksKnowledge of energy management systems and technologies preferableKnowledge 0f payment systems preferableExperience in product management for industrial goodsEducation, Qualifications & Certifications:Business, Economics, STEM degree, MBA or equivalent experienceOther:Good communication and stakeholder management skillsWhy join us?At bp, we support our people to grow in a diverse and exciting environment.
