A respected architectural and building consultancy is seeking an experienced CDM Principal Designer to take the lead on projects for some of their most valued clients. Renowned for delivering high-quality, detail-focused work, this practice offers a stimulating and rewarding working environment. You will be entrusted with overseeing prestigious developments while guiding and mentoring a small team. With a clear path to Associate level and beyond, this is a strong opportunity for professional growth within a well-regarded setting. The role is based in a scenic office location with autonomy and flexibility offered.In the role of Principal Designer, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, serving as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You’ll work in close collaboration with a skilled team of CDM and Architects which they have in-house.The CDM Consultant Will Have:
  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
