💷 Pay: From £88.94 per day (increasing with experience, qualifications, and client rate)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to work within a Specialist Resource Base (SRB) in a vibrant primary school in Barry. This is a long-term position starting from September 1st, with the potential for further extension based on performance and school needs.🌟 About the Role:You will be supporting children with a diverse range of additional needs, including:*Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
*ADHD
*General behavioural and social-emotional challenges✅ Essential Criteria:*Experience as a Teaching Assistant within a Primary School setting
*Ability to work effectively with children with additional learning needs
*Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain)
*EWC registration (Education Workforce Council)🎓 Desirable:*Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning
*Previous experience in an SRB or similar setting
