£16.17 per hour | Mon-Thurs | Temp to PermWe're looking for a time-served technician or qualified apprentice to join a busy manufacturing team in Motherwell. This is a hands-on role involving mechanical assembly, fault finding, and system diagnostics.What you'll be doing:Assembling and fitting parts to spec using hand/power toolsDiagnosing and repairing faults across electrical, hydraulic, engine, brake, and cooling systemsUsing workshop equipment like overhead cranes and hydraulic pressesSupporting inspections and resolving non-conformancesInterpreting technical drawings and diagnostic plansDriving completed machines for transportWhat we need from you:Relevant mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent experienceComfortable with diagnostic tools and mechanical/electrical troubleshootingStrong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approachFull, clean UK driving licenceBonus if you've worked with similar machinery or in a lean manufacturing setup.Keen to learn more or apply?
