- Strategic Planning: Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes. Align strategy with company objectives and GTM priorities.
- Budget & Investment Strategy: Own global marketing budget allocation, headcount planning, and ROI modeling. Partner with Finance, BI and RevOps.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage marketing KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to measure impact across brand, demand gen, product marketing, and customer marketing.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing plans support pipeline goals, product launches, and customer lifecycle needs.
- Portfolio planning: Manage budgets across business portfolio brands to optimize to overall yearly revenue objectives : Rentals United and Yield Planet.
- Regional Liaison: Act as the coordination hub for Local Country Managers in key territories ensuring that their needs and goals align with the overall strategy and they have the appropriate materials.
- Executive Communication: Deliver clear reporting and insights to the CMO and executive team to guide strategic decisions.
- Center of Excellence: Drive marketing best practices, global governance, and enablement across regional and functional marketing teams.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with experience in strategy, operations, or planning roles
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, GTM motions (PLG, SLG, enterprise, partner, revenue upseels), and global marketing orgs
- Proven leadership in strategic planning, budget ownership, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Finance, Sales Ops, and Product
- Experience managing marketing performance dashboards and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, etc.)
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills
