- Assess market opportunities and position products and services effectively, targeting the right territories and customers.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and supporting post-sale activities.
- Collaborate with appointed sales agents as an extension of the internal sales team.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with all relevant customer and prospect information.
- Work with marketing and PR teams to support promotional activities, press releases, and events.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Coordinate with web developers and designers to keep marketing materials and the website up to date.
- Engage with technical and commercial colleagues to deepen product knowledge and provide authoritative support to clients.
