Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager…
  • Overseeing the full food and beverage operation across weddings, events, and conferences
  • Managing and mentoring the front-of-house team to deliver seamless, high-end service
  • Working closely with the events, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure everything runs to plan
  • Taking the lead on service delivery during major functions, ensuring every guest is looked after
  • Implementing and maintaining standards, stock control, and rotas with efficiency and care
