⏰ Start Date: ASAPAre you a reliable and dedicated cleaner with a passion for ensuring a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for students and staff? We are currently looking for a motivated cleaner to join our vibrant primary school in Huddersfield. You will play a key role in maintaining high cleanliness standards across the school and ensuring a welcoming environment for all.About the Role:
  • Clean and maintain classrooms, hallways, toilets, and other school facilities to a high standard
  • Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and correctly
  • Carry out deep cleaning as required (e.g., during school holidays)
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate staff
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Be an active part of the school community, ensuring a clean, pleasant environment for everyone
About You:
  • Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a school or public sector setting
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work around the school’s schedule
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
  • Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one)
