
Supply Chain Administrator

- Checking import paperwork including certificates relating to the specific products to ensure compliance to import legislation requirements.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure the prompt and accurate provision of this paperwork.
- Confirming bookings with our 3rd Party warehousing and transport provider.
- Manage the receipting of containers, ensuring full traceability and promptly resolving any discrepancies with third-party warehouses.
- Coordinate with shipping agents on inbound container schedules, provide customer order details, and communicate delays as needed.
- Collaborate with Demand Planners to report damaged stock on incoming containers and follow up on non-conformance issues with the warehouse.
- Review supplier invoices for accuracy, upload them to the system, and resolve any discrepancies directly with suppliers.
- Perform month-end tasks, ensuring all orders are correctly dated and recorded in the system before the close of each month.
- Investigate and resolve payment queries promptly.
- Oversee the full end-to-end process for direct customers, including:
- Checking and processing sales orders
- Raising purchase orders with factories
- Monitoring customer receipts
- Generating and issuing invoices
- Strong organisational skills
- Good knowledge on all Microsoft applications
- Must be self-motivating
- Able to prioritise own workload
