What You'll Do:
- Lead the Security Architecture team, defining standards, patterns, and principles.
- Review and approve security designs for new services, upgrades, and integrations.
- Embed security early in platform development and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, client confidentiality, and other regulations.
- Influence senior leadership on risk, architecture, and security investments.
- 8+ years in IT or information security with hands-on architecture experience.
- 2+ years leading a team of security architects.
- Certified (CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, or equivalent).
- Experience across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architectures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with global organisation experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Additional certifications (CISM, CISA, SABSA, etc.).
- Legal or professional services experience.
- Lead a high-performing security team at a prestigious global law firm.
- Shape security architecture for AI, cloud, and legal platforms.
- Hybrid working (1/2 days per week in the office)
