- Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Support month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and journal postings.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
- Maintain fixed asset register and process depreciation.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Process purchase ledger invoices and support payment runs when required.
- Provide support during audits and ad hoc finance projects.
- Previous experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar role.
- AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hybrid working (typically 2 days from home).
