Director of Investment Operations and Reporting - Financial Services - Up to £185,000 per annum + BenefitsLondon / HybridWe are partnering with a specialist retirement and life insurance provider, who are seeking a Director of Investment Operations and Reporting, to join them on a permanent basis. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day investment operations, lead change initiatives, and drive process improvements across both Middle Office and Back Office functions.You will also be responsible for short-term liquidity risk management, including developing and implementing the risk framework and policies governing liquidity. In addition, you will manage the reporting on derivative and reinsurance collateral, ensuring accurate monitoring, compliance, and robust governance.Key Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience and key responsibilities delivering change within Middle and Back Office investment operations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Essential qualifications and background in accounting or actuarial disciplines.
  • Experience within the life insurance, pensions, or asset management sectors.
