- Manage the day-to-day finance and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across key financial functions.
- Assist with preparing budgets, forecasts, and regular management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure payroll is processed on time and in line with current legislation and internal controls.
- Support compliance efforts, including audit preparation and adherence to financial regulations.
- Act as a key support to the finance lead, stepping up in their absence and gaining valuable leadership exposure.
- AAT Level 3 qualified (minimum) and currently studying or keen to progress to Level 4 and beyond (e.g. CIMA/ACCA).
- Prior experience in a finance or payroll function β exposure to multi-discipline responsibilities is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail, strong numeracy skills, and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Confident communicator who can work independently and show initiative when taking on tasks.
- A proactive team player with a genuine interest in developing their financial career.
