We’re market leaders and we invest to keep on growing.We are looking for a Fixed Term Time and Attendance Support Advisor to come and join the Evri family that share our passion and drive to delight our customers.We are seeking experienced Time and Attendance Support advisors to join our team on a fixed-term basis, dedicated solely to supporting the successful implementation of our new T&A system. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise to play a key role in shaping the future of our new T&A system.About the Role:As a T&A Support Advisor , you will work closely with and support the Time and Attendance Delivery Manager in the delivery of our new system implementation project. You will provide expertise to ensure the system is configured, tested, and rolled out effectively. This role is focused on implementation and project delivery, not day-to-day processing. You must also be available to start at by 6th October 2025.Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the T&A Delivery Manager with all aspects of the system implementation.
- Assisting in the end-to-end delivery of the new T&A system (Dayforce experience desirable).
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure all requirements are fully captured and delivered.
- Performing UAT ( user acceptance) system testing, parallel runs, and validation of outputs.
- Developing and reviewing process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for queries throughout the project.
- Identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Proven involvement in T&A system implementation projects.
- Experience with Dayforce system (highly desirable).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, reporting, data analysis).
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work to deadlines and be a self-starter.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge and influence.
- Competitive salary up to £35,000 FTE (pro rata for 6 months) depending on experience.
