This role is all about keeping things moving – planning engineer schedules, handling customer calls, solving problems on the fly, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.If you're someone who loves a fast pace, is happy juggling a few plates, and isn't shy of picking up the phone – you’ll fit right in.What you’ll be doing:Keeping the schedule ticking – planning works for a team of Engineers week by weekLiaising with clients and engineers to ensure jobs are booked, briefed and completed on timeSupporting engineers out in the field with paperwork, kit and infoBuilding solid relationships with customers, especially key accountsTaking a hands-on approach to problem-solving when plans need to shiftHelping make sure we meet our commercial goals and stay on trackWhat we’re looking for:You don’t need industry experience – but you do need solid transferable skills.
