  • Excellent pay rates for caring for you community - from £11.44 to £14 per hour, plus double pay bank holiday rates from £22 per hour!
  • Flexible Zero-hour Permanent Contract - we provide full flexibility around your schedule, whether you're looking to provide a few hours of your time to need a role to keep you occupied
  • Minimum 1 hour calls - so you have the time needed with client
  • Employee referral bonus programme - get cash for referral a Carer after they complete 3 months with us!
  • Mileage - paid between shifts!

Care Assistant responsibilities:Being a Carer is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.Duties can include:
  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
QualificationsNo Qualifications are needed! All we ask is that you have:
  • A driving license and vehicle to use for work
  • A passion for Care to change the lives of others
