The service is located in the beautiful New Forest area and provides a safe, nurturing home that empowers children to thrive.In this role, you will support the children’s emotional, physical, and developmental needs, promote independence, and ensure a safe and inclusive environment.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting daily routines including personal care, meals, and household tasksPromoting educational, recreational, and social activitiesEncouraging independence and positive relationshipsMaintaining strong communication with families and significant othersKeeping accurate records and implementing personalised care plansUpholding safeguarding standards and professional best practicesThe position involves working on a rota basis, including weekends and sleep-in shifts.
