Based in Reading, this role requires a skilled professional to manage engineering initiatives from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Plan and oversee engineering projects within the energy & natural resources industry, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones effectively.
  • Monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules to maintain alignment with objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards at all stages of project execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders regarding project progress and outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams in Reading.
  • Utilise engineering methodologies to improve project processes and outcomes.
Partner with communities to protect local riversCreate new treatment plants, storage reservoirs, and major network upgradesA successful Engineering Project Manager should have:
  • A strong background in engineering, preferably within the energy & natural resources sector.
  • Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects.
  • An understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
