We're looking for an experienced, driven Security Site supervisor to lead a busy onsite operation. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position (50 hours per week), requiring a strong, hands-on leader with a proven track record of improving site and team performance.Key Responsibilities but not limited to:Lead and manage a large security team on a high-profile siteEnsure high operational standards are met and continuously improvedHandle low-level HR cases and staff management professionallyConduct staff training, mentoring, and ongoing developmentRepresent the site in client meetings with professionalism and confidenceBe a role model to staff and lead by exampleThrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentMaintain a “can-do” attitude and proactive approach to problem-solvingEssential Requirements:Valid SIA licenceExperience managing large teams and complex sitesDemonstrated ability to improve team and site performanceExperience handling HR matters and staff developmentStrong communication and leadership skillsPreferred:CCTV licenceFull UK driving licence
