- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.
- Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible.
- Communicate professionally with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and processing legal forms.
- Support the legal team in court preparations, including bundling and indexing documents.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth case management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all tasks.
- A strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Previous experience as a paralegal.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using legal software and standard office tools.
- An ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
