- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Care Professionals, ensuring we attract high-quality candidates.
- Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging work environment for our Care Professionals, encouraging retention and job satisfaction.
- Support: Provide versatile support to other Key Players with a range of responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
- Training: Complete your Care Certificate with us, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the Adult Social Care sector.
- Oversee all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and Franchise Standards.
- Create and implement creative recruitment campaigns online and in the local community.
- Manage the entire candidate experience to ensure it's positive and engaging.
- Source high-quality candidates using various methods.
- Build and maintain local community networks for candidate sourcing.
- Enhance our social media recruitment strategy with innovative content and campaigns.
- Use market and competitor knowledge to develop unique selling points and differentiators for the company.
- Plan and execute community events such as fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
- Assist with candidate selection.
- Keep recruitment information accurate and up-to-date using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Use recruitment data to inform strategies.
- Maintain an Employee Referral Scheme for Care Professionals.
- Optimize recruitment tools and stay updated on best practices.
- Meet recruitment targets.
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities policy.
- Perform other duties necessary for business success.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to build strong community relationships.
- Experience in using various methods to attract high-quality candidates.
- Knowledge of candidate screening and selection processes.
- Ability to use recruitment data to inform decisions.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours (9-5, Monday to Friday) as needed.
- Willingness to participate in a weekend working rota
- Willingness to deliver care when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office, and able to learn new technologies.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with accuracy under pressure.
- Team player who is self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient.
- Previous experience of delivering a responsive end to end recruitment service.
- Experience of recruitment marketing with knowledge of preparing and managing recruitment campaigns.
- Experience of recruitment event organisation
- Good understanding of legislation relating to recruitment including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing and Right to Work checks.
