IT Support Engineer - Leeds - 4 months contract - Inside IR35We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to work in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing desktop support and deployment for both Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as managing office applications, Active Directory, and Exchange. This role is a key component in ensuring the smooth operation and deployment of technology within our organisation.Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop support for Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Deploy and configure office applications
  • Manage Active Directory and Exchange services
  • Install and update software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient technology deployment
  • Document processes and procedures
Experience
  • Proven experience in desktop support and deployment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Proficiency in office applications, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
