- Assisting the commercial surveyors with their day-to-day duties such as the completion of inspections, measurements and valuations of residential and commercial properties
- Support senior surveyors in conducting property appraisals and preparing detailed reports
- Gain experience in property valuation, agency, management and other professional work directly related to general practice surveying
- Database management and assisting in report writing
- Maintain accurate records, including survey notes, photographs, and legal documents
- Shadow chartered surveyors to gain experience toward RICS APC accreditation
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and training sessions as required
- Follow industry standards and regulatory guidelines set by RICS and other governing bodies
