  • Assisting the commercial surveyors with their day-to-day duties such as the completion of inspections, measurements and valuations of residential and commercial properties
  • Support senior surveyors in conducting property appraisals and preparing detailed reports
  • Gain experience in property valuation, agency, management and other professional work directly related to general practice surveying
  • Database management and assisting in report writing
  • Maintain accurate records, including survey notes, photographs, and legal documents
  • Shadow chartered surveyors to gain experience toward RICS APC accreditation
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and training sessions as required
  • Follow industry standards and regulatory guidelines set by RICS and other governing bodies

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a strong interest in property
  • Are in possession of a property related university qualification (Ideally)
  • Highly professional in character and demeanour, with good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and conscientious
  • Full clean driving licence
