Depot Supervisor

• Previous experience in a production/warehousing/depot environment is essential
• Strong knowledge of sorting, repair, and yard operations from both a quality and operational perspective.
• Mechanical understanding is an advantage.

• Ensure full compliance with statutory and company Health & Safety requirements.
• Supervise and coach operational teams to meet production targets and KPI expectations.
• Support achievement of weekly P&L goals through KPI performance management.
• Take responsibility for HR and QHSE compliance on site.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of administrative tasks
• Ensure all shifts meet quality and specification standards.
• Apply practical knowledge of repair, FLT operations, stock management, and automation logic.
• Maintain professional customer interaction and reporting.
• Ensure teams have the tools and resources needed to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Foster engagement and continuous development of team members through feedback and succession planning.
• Lead by example and promote best practices within the team
