- Supporting the delivery of UK, European and expat/shadow payrolls with external outsourced payroll vendors (where applicable).
- Maintaining standard payroll processes and operating procedures in line with managed service vendor delivery.
- Supporting the collation and distribution of audit and compliance related activity.
- Managing MyHR Tier1 and 2 escalated payroll and benefit queries through to resolution working with external vendor where required.
- Working closely with HR Services to support overall payroll delivery and continuous improvement activities.
- Delivering of benefits transactions and associated administration across UK and European payrolls (where applicable).
- MS skills: Word, PowerPoint and Excel: presenting high quality reports, presentation and accurate payroll and data to diverse audience.
- Experience of working in a managed service payroll delivery structure.
- UK Payroll processing knowledge.
- Benefits processing knowledge.
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment or role in Payroll and Benefit capacity (or equivalent).
- Ability to provide advice and co-ordination of payroll and benefits transactional activities.
- Experience working within large global organizations.
- Ability to multi task in order to meet stringent deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly both written and oral.
- Ability to work at pace - demonstrable experience of managing and prioritizing competing demands ensuring deadlines are met without loss of standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
- Management of routine, payroll and benefit matters.
