Be the Difference.We are currently seeking male support workers to join our compassionate and professional team supporting a young gentleman with autism, who is non-verbal and has sensory needs. We support individuals to live a full, happy life – and we support our staff to grow and thrive too.About the Young Man
  • You'll Support Non-verbal with a diagnosis of autism and sensory processing needs
  • Enjoys photography, walking in the park, and trips to Starbucks
  • Needs a calm, structured, and consistent approach
  • May sometimes require support involving physical interventions (training provided)

  • Support daily routines and promote independence
  • Build a trusted relationship through consistency and compassion
  • Use proactive strategies to support emotional and behavioural needs
  • Celebrate achievements and enable him to pursue his interests and goals
  • Work in close partnership with families, professionals, and the wider LIFE team

What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and complex needs
  • Confidence and training in physical restraint (Full training given )
