- Act as the main point of contact for colleagues and visitors, delivering a 5-star concierge-style service.
- Own and enhance the Touchpoint Journey, creating memorable experiences through customer service, events, and surprise & delight moments.
- Manage visitor and meeting room processes, supporting guests and stakeholders with a professional, solution-focused approach.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders, capturing preferences and responding creatively to requests.
- Proactively maintain the workspace by monitoring standards, reporting issues, and supporting housekeeping or maintenance needs.
- Support community initiatives, events, and wellness activities to foster engagement and connection.
- Assist the Workplace Lead with operational decisions, process improvements, and ongoing health & safety compliance.
- Corporate, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
