As the company continues to expand its impressive market share, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support further growth across the South and Channel Islands territory.
This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a tangible impact while being fully supported by the Sales Director and wider commercial team.The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through both direct engagement and a network of trusted dealer partners. You will develop relationships with new and existing customers, including care homes, restaurants, hotels, pubs, schools, and catering outlets, as well as kitchen consultants and specifiers.Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a regional sales plan to drive growth and increase market share
- Managing a defined portfolio of accounts while actively generating new business opportunities
- Working closely with dealers, consultants, and end-users to influence specifications and support the full sales cycle
- Identifying, qualifying, and converting sales opportunities across your territory
- Representing the brand at site visits, trade shows, and industry events
We are looking for a driven and proactive sales professional who is comfortable engaging at all levels and thrives in a customer-facing environment.Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in a field-based B2B sales role
- Background in professional catering, such as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, Contract Catering Manager, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen environments and equipment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional territory effectively
- Full UK driving license
