  • Support children with additional needs to access learning.
  • Work with teachers and other TAs to deliver tailored interventions.
  • Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions
  • Possess an Enhanced child DBS or willingness to get one.
  • Focus on building pupils' independence, communication and confidence.
  • Create positive, motivating classroom environments.
Requirements
  • Prior experience desirable but not essential.
  • A caring, empathetic approach to children's needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum GCSE English & Maths.
