Join us today!Job SummaryAs the Park Warden, you will oversee the security and safety operations within the park, ensuring a secure and pleasant environment for both guests and staff. You will manage security records, monitor park activities, and provide essential information and support to maintain high standards of safety and service. This role requires excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to handling security and customer service matters.Job Duties
  • Clean and prepare accommodation pods to a high standard for guest arrivals
  • Change bed linen, make beds, and ensure all facilities within pods are ready for use
  • Clean and sanitise the shower and toilet blocks daily, ensuring they are fully stocked with supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the day with regular spot checks
  • Report any faults, damage, or maintenance issues to management promptly
  • Keep touring pitches clean, tidy, and free from litter or debris
  • Check pitches between guest stays and prepare for incoming guests
  • Maintain surrounding areas, including paths, grass, and waste disposal points
  • Assist guests with enquiries and provide a friendly, helpful presence around the site
  • Support in the upkeep of communal areas, signage, and outdoor spaces
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Friendly and approachable manner with excellent customer service skills
  • Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning and manual tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role (hospitality, housekeeping, facilities) preferred but not essential
  • Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and peak seasonal periods
