To continue delivering that excellence, we're looking for dedicated Class 1 Drivers to join our team in Livingston and support our valued customer, Iceland Foods.You'll be working a minimum of 48 hours per week on a flexible 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern. Our site runs 24/7, so we offer a variety of start times-these can be discussed during your application.Pay, benefits and more:
  • Hourly rate of £15.50, equivalent to an annual salary of £40,300
  • Overtime paid at £22.14 per hour
  • Additional premiums for specific working hours:
£3.14 extra per hour for hours worked between06:00 and 07:00£2.47 extra per hour for hours worked between18:00 and 22:00£3.06 extra per hour for hours worked between22:00 and 06:00

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Deliver multi-temperature goods to Iceland stores on a multi-drop route, handling cages and pallets safely and efficiently
  • Support with loading and unloading, and make sure empty cages and pallets are returned to the site
  • Work independently and as part of a team to quickly resolve any delivery issues that come up
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with store staff and following all company policies and procedures
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • A full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement
  • No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements
  • Ability to provide 28 days of tachograph records
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with driving regulations
