- Be prepared to travel on occasion to other locations within the UK, including overnight stays.
- Work outside core hours when required
- Rectify minor faults by carrying out simple repairs at the point of testing, within your capability
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including risk assessments and method statements
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
- Familiarity with, or willingness to attain, the latest edition of the IET Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment
- Basic IT literacy to operate testing equipment
- City & Guilds 2377-22 certification for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment, or willingness to attain it
