This will start with ensuring our centres are welcoming, clean and safe by managing and supporting the team to undertake their roles.A full training programme will be provided and for those that want to go further, we will work with you to develop a career path with us.In the event that a high volume of suitable applications are received, the post may close prior to the specified closing date.   • RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification - willingness to gain qualification considered
  • First Aid at Work Certificate – desirable - willingness to gain qualification considered
  • DBS check
  • The ability to develop and motivate a team of staff
  • Experience of day to day management and being responsible for an area of income
  • Knowledge and understanding of business and budgetary performance
  • Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management
  • Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role
  • To be able to work flexibly with a level of autonomy and decision making confidence
  • Able to think on your feet and respond to variable demands.
