Job Title: Secondary School Art Teacher
Location: Middlesbrough
Start Date: September 2025Are you a passionate and creative Art teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Art Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive team at a secondary school in Middlesbrough. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the artistic development of students and help foster a love for creativity.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons across key stages 3 and 4.
  • Inspire and motivate students to explore their creative potential.
  • Develop and assess students’ artwork, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Art curriculum and school projects.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Art or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching Art at secondary school level (KS3 & KS4).
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the arts.
  • A creative, enthusiastic, and student-centred approach to teaching.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to inspire students and encourage their creative expression.
