- Manage and lead the Repairs Scheduling, Financial, and Administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvements to meet service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and external contractors to ensure service continuity.
- Support the Property Repairs Manager in the development and transformation of the repairs service.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with experience of leading change in a repairs, property, or housing management environment.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering excellent customer-focused outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and organisational skills to prioritise competing demands.
- Proficiency in MS Office at an advanced level; experience with systems such as Agresso and Total Mobile is an advantage.
