We are seeking a Scheduling Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations of the Repairs & Voids service, overseeing performance management of the administrative team, and fostering a customer-first culture. This role offers hybrid working and is a great opportunity to assist this local authority with a significant transformation to enhance the quality of their repairs services.Key Responsibilities of a Scheduling Team Leader:
  • Manage and lead the Repairs Scheduling, Financial, and Administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvements to meet service standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and external contractors to ensure service continuity.
  • Support the Property Repairs Manager in the development and transformation of the repairs service.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with experience of leading change in a repairs, property, or housing management environment.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering excellent customer-focused outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and organisational skills to prioritise competing demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Office at an advanced level; experience with systems such as Agresso and Total Mobile is an advantage.
