What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Source and secure new lettings instructions proactively
  • Conduct rental valuations and advise landlords
  • Build long-term landlord and client relationships
  • Create and execute marketing strategies for new listings
  • Ensure high-quality presentation across marketing channels
  • Collaborate with lettings and property management teams
  • Stay informed on local market and competitor activity
  • Uphold excellent service and professionalism throughout
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • 2–3 years’ experience in lettings, ideally at senior level
  • Strong track record in valuations and securing instructions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Proactive, target-driven, and highly organised
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • ARLA qualified or working towards (desirable)
  • Familiarity with local market and property software
