Are you an experienced and forward thinking Business Analyst with strong CRM experience and a passion for driving processes forward?If so please read on....You will be working within a fantastic organisation as the sole Business Analyst responsible for the documentation of the organisations requirements and processes working closely with end users and vendors.   • Document business requirements for new CRM systems.
  • You will contribute towards the definition of business requirements templates and a process for capturing requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Conducting training sessions to promote user adoption of new systems.
  • Analysing and defining business processes to improve system efficiency's.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ideally you will have expoure to Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
