If football is your passion and Colchester United is your team, this is your chance to make matchday magic for someone who shares that love.We’re looking for a Support Worker to accompany Jordan, a devoted Colchester United fan. Jordan lives for football. The chants, the goals, the heartbreak, the hope but he needs a teammate off the pitch to support him.You’ll be supporting him to and from 6 games a season (business insurance required or willingness to get it). Once inside, you’re not just a support worker, you’re his matchday companion. You’ll sit beside him in the stands, talk tactics, celebrate goals, and share the highs and lows of the beautiful game.When you're not at the game together, you might be supporting Jordan to get out and about in his local town, cooking meals together, or simply having a laugh. A good sense of humour is essential, Jordan loves banter and football chat, and he thrives around people who bring passion and positivity.This is a values-led role at Dimensions UK, one of the country’s leading not-for-profit organisations supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
