This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic Education Team.The post holder will work with the Violence Reduction Training Team in the responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of Personal Safety, Search, Violence Reduction and Physical Intervention training programme across the Trust. The post holder will support the Senior Violence Reduction Trainer to deliver safe practice via the SABP bespoke training model. The post holder will support the Violence Reduction Lead, to identify the need for and advise on the level of, training and support required within specific areas.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will assist in the delivery of a dynamic training programme which promotes confidence, competence and safety within a training environment to minimise risk, injury and trauma to both staff and the people who use our services. The role will predominantly deliver training for a minimum of 2 days up to 4 days of the week. Be responsible for observing and risk assessing to make evidence based recommendations to ensure good practice and promote safer services.
