We're seeking a commercially driven Revenue Manager to help optimise our performance and support continued growth.About the roleRole ResponsibilitiesThe Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving the hotel's top-line revenue by developing and executing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies. Working closely with the General Manager and Sales & Marketing team, you will use data-driven insights to maximise room occupancy, improve yield, and ensure The Malone remains competitive in Belfast's hospitality market.Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue performance.Monitor daily hotel performance using Costar+Bandwidth, OTA analytics, and internal booking data.Forecast demand and adjust pricing and inventory controls accordingly across all channels (direct, OTA, GDS, corporate).Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of market trends in Belfast.Manage relationships with OTAs and 3rd-party platforms, ensuring parity and visibility.Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, packages, and campaigns to drive direct bookings.Regularly report on KPIs to senior management, identifying risks and opportunities.Oversee the setup and configuration of rate plans in the PMS and channel manager.Ensure optimal use of revenue management systems and tools.Support budgeting and long-term financial planning with detailed revenue forecasts.Reviews the Costar+Bandwidth Reporting (standard, forecast, and forward STR reports), Lighthouse, and other competitive shopping reports and resources to maintain an awareness of our competitor market positions.Reviewing opportunities to drive increased demand via GDS advertising campaigns.Key CompetenciesDetail-oriented with excellent numerical and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, front office, and senior leadership.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Performance-related bonus scheme.Staff meals and hotel discounts.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for growth in a forward-thinking, independent hotel.About the companyA warm welcome to The Malone, Northern Ireland's finest, four-star boutique hotel, just minutes from the bustling heart of Belfast city centre.   • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Revenue Management leadership role (preferably hotel-based).
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of hotel performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, etc.).
  • Familiarity with PMS and channel management systems (e.g., Guest line, Right Revenue, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel and revenue forecasting tools.
  • Knowledge of the Belfast hospitality market is a plus.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
