They’re looking for a caring, motivated individual to join their team as a Trainee ASC Support Worker.This role is ideal for someone looking to take their first step into education, psychology, or youth support. You don’t need prior experience—just empathy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.The Impact You'll MakeThis is much more than classroom support. You’ll be helping pupils feel safe, seen, and capable—sometimes for the very first time. Many of the young people you’ll work with have faced challenges both in and out of school, and your consistency, patience, and care can help them reconnect with learning on their own terms.Your Role Will Include:Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils with ASCCreating calm, structured routines that reduce anxiety and support focusEncouraging social communication and celebrating even the smallest progressWorking closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support individual learning journeysHelping build pupils’ confidence, independence, and emotional securityWho We’re Looking ForThis role suits someone who brings aspiration, kindness, integrity, and resilience into everything they do.
