PQE: between 2 to 4 yearsA well-regarded regional firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its dynamic and intellectually ambitious team. This is a strategic hire to support a high-performing Associate, who will directly supervise the successful candidate.The Team
The Corporate & Commercial department advises a broad client base, including:
- SMEs
- Regional and international businesses
- High-net-worth entrepreneurs
You'll be supporting an Associate Solicitor on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Supporting transactional work
- Advising on business structuring and governance
- This is a hands-on role with excellent exposure to high-quality work.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2-4 years' PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Has trained and worked at a reputable regional or City firm
- Demonstrates strong drafting and communication skills
- Is commercially astute and team-oriented
- Is comfortable being supervised and understands the importance of team dynamics
- Is keen to contribute to the firm's ethos and community initiatives
- While flexible working is supported, this role will be primarily office-based to ensure effective supervision and integration with the team. The firm offers a supportive, inclusive culture and encourages involvement in pro bono and wider legal conversations.
