We are recruiting a Hygiene Operative to join our client’s Egg Innovation Centre in Lacock, Wiltshire.About the RoleAs a Hygiene Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of machinery and factory areas. You will be working with one of the UK’s leading free-range and organic egg businesses, with operations spanning farming, packing, and processing.Job Title: Hygiene Operative (EIC) – 4 On 4 Off
Location: Lacock, Chippenham
Pay Rate: £12.50

Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off, 06:00 AM – 18:00 PMCompany transport available from Swindon or Chippenham!Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning of machinery and factory areas.
  • Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Handle chemicals safely in compliance with COSHH regulations.
  • Adhere to company hygiene and food safety procedures.
  • Always ensure proper use of PPE.
  • Actively contribute to health and safety policies, ensuring your safety and that of your colleagues.

  • A strong team player with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning roles is essential.
  • Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required.
