- Meet and greet potential customers in the showroom
- Advise and assist customers with their vehicle purchase choices
- Explain vehicle features and benefits clearly and professionally
- Answer customer questions and provide finance/payment option guidance
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Negotiate and close sales effectively
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
- Minimum 1 year's sales experience in the automotive industry (or high-value sales environment)
- Proven track record of delivering first-class customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong drive to exceed sales targets
- Influencing and negotiation skills to identify and close sales
- Full UK driving licence
- High earning potential with OTE up to £65,000
- Minimum 31 days holiday (increasing with service)
