
Support Worker – Adults (Supported Living & Residential)

- Working with a team to provide a safe, warm, and stable environment for service users.
- Managing challenging behaviours effectively and compassionately.
- Providing personal care as required.
- Promoting daily living skills such as cooking, shopping, and cleaning.
- Supporting social integration, self-reliance, and confidence.
- Assisting with individualised care plans.
- Keeping documentation and records up to date in line with organisational and CQC regulations.
- Staying knowledgeable with relevant legislation and policies.
- Experience working with challenging behaviours.
- Willingness to provide personal care.
- Computer literate.
- Willingness to work long shifts, including weekends and potential sleep-ins.
- Desirable: Minimum of 6 months to a year of relevant experience in the UK care sector.
- Desirable: A full UK driving license.
- Salary of £30,576.00 to £30,825.60 per annum, plus sleep-in pay if available.
- 30 days of holiday per year.
