Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Building Project (Port Talbot)We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a market-leading subcontractor on a flagship building project near Port Talbot. This is an excellent long-term opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile scheme within the region.The Role
  • Taking full commercial responsibility across allocated packages on a major project
  • Managing subcontract accounts, procurement, valuations, and change management
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and reporting
  • Working closely with project teams to support successful delivery
About You
  • A solid and consistent career history within major building projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex packages
  • Ideally, some experience in structures or heavy civils elements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with the wider team
