As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting learners in and out of the classroom. This includes helping to deliver lessons, providing one-to-one or small-group support, and assisting pupils with additional needs. We are looking for caring, adaptable individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils
- Assist with behaviour management and create an inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional or special educational needs (SEN) where required
- Help with classroom resources and general administrative support
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
