This is an excellent opportunity to take on greater responsibility, lead learning, and make a significant impact on pupil progress and well-being.What We're Looking For:HLTA Status: You must hold a recognised Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification.Experience: Proven, substantial experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in UK primary school settings.Curriculum Knowledge: A strong understanding of the primary National Curriculum and effective pedagogical practices across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.Classroom Management: Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to lead groups and whole classes effectively.SEND Understanding: Experience and confidence in supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).Commitment: A dedicated and reliable individual looking for full-time, long-term work.
