IT Infrastructure Analyst

We are looking for an ICT Infrastructure Engineer to join our clients' dynamic team, to help support and transform our infrastructure environments.

Provide day-to-day operational support for on-premise and cloud-hosted server environments and networks.
Participate in the design and implementation of new IT processes and policies.
Support change control, testing, and deployment of infrastructure services.
Act as a 3rd line support, troubleshooting complex issues.
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of service delivery.
Maintain IT security at all times and assist in the upkeep of security accreditations.

At least 5 years of experience in an Infrastructure Services role.
Strong expertise in IaaS (Windows/Linux), Azure networking, monitoring and alerting, Azure AD/Local AD, Windows Server, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with SAN Storage (HPE Nimble), SD-WAN, and high availability failover clustering.
Familiarity with AWS, Palo Alto Firewalls, Microsoft Intune, and Zscaler VPN is a plus.
IT-related degree and certifications (Microsoft O365/Azure Administrator, CCNA, ITIL Foundation).
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
